1iee Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using This Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 1iee platform at 1iee.pro — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms govern the relationship between you as a player and 1iee as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or make use of any services on this platform. Continued use after any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on 1iee, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a hard requirement — there are no exceptions regardless of parental consent or any other circumstance.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate entities and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you applied to through a responsible gaming programme.

1iee reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where proof cannot be provided to the platform's satisfaction, the account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during a period where an account holder is found to be underage will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

When registering for an account on 1iee, you agree to:

Account Verification

1iee may request identity verification documents at any point — including before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to cooperate with a verification request may result in account access being restricted until the process is complete.

Account Closure by Player

If you wish to close your account, contact support. Any remaining verified balance at the point of closure will be returned to you through your last-used withdrawal method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and any pending wagering requirement balances.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and account balances on 1iee operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The deposit methods available to your account may vary and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• Deposits must be made using payment methods that belong to and are registered in the name of the account holder.
• Using another person's payment account — whether a family member, friend or any third party — to fund your 1iee balance is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and per transaction period. These are shown on the deposit screen before you proceed.
• 1iee does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank if you are unsure about their own fees.

5. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their available PKR balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• Any active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the associated funds can be included in a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. Providing false documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Processing times vary by method. The estimated timeline for each method is shown at the point of making a withdrawal request.

1iee reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms. If an investigation is initiated, the account holder will be informed and the process will be handled as quickly as reasonably possible.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1iee offers bonuses, promotional credits and other incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general rules applying to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for that specific offer.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement must be met before any portion of the bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, unless specifically stated that they also apply to the deposit amount.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.
• Exploiting bonus structures — including using multiple accounts, coordinated play or any other mechanism to artificially meet wagering requirements — will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 1iee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Offers that have already been accepted and are in progress will be honoured under the terms that applied when the offer was taken up.

7. VIP Programme

The 1iee VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is automatic and based on accumulated wagering activity across all game sections. The following general rules apply:

• VIP points are earned from real-money wagering. Bets placed using bonus funds may contribute differently — specific rates are displayed in the VIP programme details.
• Tier upgrades happen automatically once the threshold for the next tier is reached.
• VIP cashback is credited as PKR balance. The rate and credit schedule for each tier is outlined on the VIP page.
• 1iee reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and benefit structures. Where changes affect existing tier holders, notice will be given before changes take effect.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 1iee — including Slots, Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bet tables and Bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer technology supplied by the game providers. The following rules apply to gameplay:

• Game results are determined by the RNG or live draw and are not influenced by the platform. Players accept the random nature of all game outcomes.
• Bets placed in error — including bets placed at the wrong stake due to user error — are generally non-reversible once confirmed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress, the standard approach is to void the affected round and return the stake. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not paid out.
• Sports bet settlement follows the final official result of the relevant match or event. Relevant governing bodies — cricket boards, football associations etc — determine official results for settlement purposes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1iee and will result in account suspension and potentially permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account.
• Using another person's payment method for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, scripts, bots or any other automated tools.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, odds or game mechanics in a way that is not consistent with genuine individual play.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or verification.
• Any form of money laundering — the platform cooperates with authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing any member of 1iee staff or support team.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

1iee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity.
• The account holder is under the age of 18.
• The account holder has provided false information at registration or during verification.
• Unusual activity on the account suggests potential money laundering or financial crime.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to respond. Where an account is closed for a proven breach, no appeals process is available for the closure itself, though the balance calculation may be reviewed on request through support.

11. Responsible Gaming

1iee is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We take this seriously and it is not simply a legal disclaimer — it is a genuine part of how this platform is operated.

• All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits and session time limits before playing.
